1.st of April is the International Day of Birds
It is the anniversary of signing the international convenion about protecting birdlife since 1906..

2.nd of May is the International Day of Woodnote
It is the tradition of Hailing the woodnote, the birds sing which was established in Birmingham in 1983. The ornitologes came with the idea of hailing it every first sunday of May. Since that many people of the world are gathering before the down to enter the sound of rejoice of nature. But it is not only the walking in nature. Some of the organisators bring to the affair lectures, make nice exhibitions, they are recording the birds singing, they do the bird signing and they do wisit the animal and birds rescue centers. Piknics are also a part of this celebrations in favour. But there is a rule unspoken not to bting any eggs to eat.

28.th of May is the International Day of Horses
It is supposed to be held on the last sunday of May. There is usually some shows or exhibitions for public and the gates of stud farms and racecourses are open to wellcome everybody that day. Since the second half of sixteenth century and especially in eighteenth century there was a huge time of founding breeding stud farms. The monarchs and also the profane aristocracy founded them in the whole Europe as well as in than Czech kingdom. Oldkladruby horses - The Birthplace of old Kladruby horses is the national stud farm in Kladruby nad Labem, founded in 1579 by emperor Rudolf II. which at present time remains the oldest large stud farm in the world. In 1995 the stud farm and its ceremonial carriage horses were registered as national cultural memorials. Emperor Rudolfs horses, due to their refined appearance were used by the aristocrates for court ceremonies. The white Kladruby horses soon became a symbol of aristocracy while the black Kladruby were used by clerics. The oldkladruby horses have been bread for over four huderth years. It is a wormblood breed incured with old Spannish and Italian blood. The point of breed is to bring up galacarossier - a huge and ellegant carriage horse for representation and ceremonies.

2.nd of October is the Worldwide Day of Farm Animals
It is actually the day of Mahátma Gándhís birthday. He is well known as the protagonist of humane attitude towards the animals.

4.th of October Ihe International Day of Animals
Day held in honour of death of St. Francis from Assisi. This monk from franciscan friary dedicated whole his life to care of ill and houseless animals. According to a historical sources he could even speak to the animals.
